I think thats just another second guessing from a theoratical scientist. I highly doubt anyone would REALLY know what it would REALLY look like when you are sitting RIGHT on the event horizon.

But I do agree... but how I think, the Light still travels TOWARD the black hole. So if you are sitting on the event horizon, the images you see around become infinately distorted and unable to see as in just "bleak blackness".

Even the speed of light cannot escape the event horizon, which means everything seems to stop in the side of the black hole. ( If you were to live by then anyways. )

How did I admit..my parents as mentioned ARE atheists..your completely ignorant for assuming that I am a lair...just because my parents wanted me to go to church didnt mean they were religous...the actual reason my parents (which I was talking about my mom) wanted me to go to church is because she wanted my out of the house so she could smoke pot and I wouldn't be home.

I'm 99.9% sure that MemGraft is allowed. If you see Voy's signature, his last project says setting up tech trees. This is the project he's submitting for the contest. Can you think of a way to set up tech trees without memgraft?

Cloning can only be good for two reasons.

1 : Expierimenting

2 : Testing new weapons on them

Yeah, I went to girl A's house today...at like 11 in the morning, left at freaking midnight, any doubts she had in me damn well better be calmed...then again, due to other reasons, I'm not gonna mention what we did or anything, but w/e, it was good, we liked it, my parents were late to pick me up...and this big storm hit so they didn't leave until even later...etc etc. But w/e, I think girl A is fine with me now. I think JoJo told that he was forced to go to the church. You know what, the crusaders also forced people who they conquered to go to the church, and they did, but went to the forests to secretly worship their true gods. Being forced to go to the church != believing in God just because of it.

I thought that all atheists are the same: things happen randomly. If you think that every event has it's meaning, you must believe in God, or something else, like fate, energy from cosmos...



Note: "Sucking ot of the finger" originated from doctors taking samples of blood from the finger, if they don't need much of your blood. They prick your finger, and squeeze it to get blood out. So, like the doctor squeezes the finger to desperatley get those fiew pathetic drops of blood, you make up statements because you understand that you falied to convert him.

I remember a discussion about God when Beer_Keg was here... is was very interesting, because people accepted other points of view, but this is no discussion anymore. It goes in circles. And you know why ? Because the beginning and the end of that circle are connected by stupidity/stubborness.

Because when you get into those ages it is normal to start questioning things, I think that's mainly the reason why people at their age around 15 is totally different from those who are 30, the older have already made their decision and are like what ever. They've liven in this world longer than those 15 years old has been, and they know that's it's acceptable to question and argue about things at that age, therefore they show more apathy.

My pure subjective arguements

They can still think, and react. I don't think that is moral... unless they are somehow cloned to a degree that they cannot achieve conciousness beyond the ability to learn, think as efficiently as humans as in no hope for humanity in this human.

Kupo, I think cloning has a lot more useful things to do than just "experimenting and testing weapons." Also, people are arguing whether even the technology itself is moral or not. Thus, you're speaking of immorality. Like I stated before, cloning isn't necessarily cloning to the full degree of real live creatures. You could clone just a tiny bit of organ or organs for transplantation.

I don't know if anyone thought of this, you could theoratically clone blood, which will probably reduce the number of blood donors ( because there still needs to be a sample of blood to reproduce blood? ) Also, you could clone lost brain cells through out the years, therefore retaining the same brain capacity of the brain until death. Cloning vital or non-vital organs to be transplanted into the system.
