one time when i had a school assembly and i had to read a poem
i was reading it and all of a sudden sombody threw a papper ball at me and hit me and i fell down and the teacher came to me and triped over me and fell down the stairs which caused chaos. i got up and the teacher was on a strecher to go to the hospital. later i heard that the teacher broke her back and i got suspended for somhing stupid.

I'd say my most embarassing moment was when me and my friends were playing man hunt in the woods... and I tried to climb a tree to avoid getting caught... I went up the tree... saw this huge ass spider... 
and BAM! I fell down and broke my arm...
Either that or some jack@$$ pull my pants down in school while I was asking a girl out... then she rejected me cause of that
