i think you should implement a thief system as something that you could do. like there could be multiple wasys into the place(ie. airvents, backdoors, chutes,etc). maybe you could have a store where you could buy lock picks and lights and other things. if you dont have a flashlight then the thief could turn the lights off on you and make it harder to catch him. then he could steal money from the cash vault. you could make the cash vault in the back so the person couldnt camp it because he'd lose buisness with his customers. also, the player playing the robber would lose buisiness because hed be away and his customers would starve so it''d balance out. if he successfuly stole the money then he would gain money. you can call the cops for a small fee or something but that may be cheap. you could even murder the other persons employees to add a competiveness edge.
