MilleniumArmy and rest:
I would want to say something about me. First of all, it's true that I'm not very active, but get in mind that I live in Spain, that's 6 hours less, and I'm sleeping when the forum has the highest activity.
When I go to SEN almost noone is posting, and all the "reported post..." pms have been answered already, so I started to ignore them.
Also, I have a secret project to work on, wich I want to release as soon as posible.
If I do anything that you think that is wrong, just pm me about it or add me to msn/aim, I always like to talk the things, and I will probably remove the warn and apologize if it was my fault.
If anyone has a problem and doesn't want to use the random-moderator report post button you can tell me it through a pm and I'll try to help you. The main problem is that I'll do it while you are sleeping.
About the report post button, I think that it has some problems. The first one is that you don't know who will help you. That shouldn't be a problem anyway because are the mods on this website should be trusted by everybody, and the request will be answered faster.
The second problem is that two moderators might warn the same person twice, what I did once and I apologize to whoever I did, because there isn't anything like a list where you can remove a request when it has been asnwered. The button just creates automatically pms and sends them to the mods.
The third and biggest problem is that when someone clicks the report button what a mod first sees when it clicks the post link is the problematic post. I guess that any mod would actually check the posts before and after the current one to know what really happened, but I don't think that much mods will read the whole topic (specially if it is a 5-7 pages one) or know the whole story that might have been started on bnet or mIRC.
About the whole staff/mod team I think that everybody should trust all of them... well maybe except DT_Battlekruser who was a spammer ;P
What I really want to say to the rest of moderators is that we are here to HELP, not to get fun warning and baning just because I don't like this guy or I don't like the other one. I think that one verbal warning is always better than a warn, and I saw some mods not do so (I won't give out names). It's true that this website have had problems with "discipline", but I don't think that warning someone just because he called a mod "inmature little kid with a power trip", it's just an opinion and your job as a moderator is to respect it and, if he's right try to change your actitude, and if he's wrong tell him why he is wrong.
Sorry if I made it a bit long, but I just wanted to make sure that the comunity knows the reasons why I'm moderating like I'm modering and to remember to the mod team why and for what we are a mod team...
That's just my opinion though... the discussion is open..
PD: The DT_Battlekruser thing was a joke
