Stealing money? How can you compare it to that? Your government doesn't have right to tax you so it can continue to do all the things it was created for? Thats very unreasonable of you. If you have a problem with the way things are then you sound more like someone who belongs in prison than in society with the rest of us.

The government that was created by our founding fathers did not have the following: A House of Representatives, or a Senate. Did not have Taxes at all (Except Excise Taxes for imports and exports)

The government has changed since it's beginning, and it has changed for the worse.

Hey, just make a lot of money and donate to charity. Then you can get out of paying taxes (even though I think that's not right!). If you're smart you can make a lot of money. People that aren't smart should have to pay another tax for the right to be stupid. I think that's how we can solve this education problem of our's!

Some companies would get a monopoly on things and jack up prices. You know this to be true. Look no further than my cable company, Comcast. It basically owns half the country's cable, and you know how much my family pays per month for internet and standard television service? $150. Other places get the same service for half or less of that price, but Comcast is so big that it swallows up the smaller businesses.

We need a government to regulate spending.

Monopolies cannot exist in a free market. Whenever they jack up their prices, there is nothing keeping another company from coming along. All monoplies have been because of government.


If you knew your history, you would never have touched the cable arguement. The cable and phone companies became monopolies because it was illegal to compete with them! In return, the government decided to heavily regulate them. Only recently (the 1980s? 90s?) did they deregulate the industry, and allow competition.

Microsoft is not a monopoly. No one is being held back from competing with them. In addition, no one is being held back from choosing a Mac or Linux box. Same with your other examples.

You guys really shouldn't use age as an insult, maybe 'experience' in these topics or maturity would be a lot better. Age doesn't matter much, I know an 8 year old that could make computers by himself, I can barely do that without confusion

I hate when people use age as an nsult. Like i will be playing counterstrike and sometime assholes will tell someone who sound really young to comeback when their older or ask if their mommy knows if they are playing counter strike...

Exactly, there are many other companies that sell products that say Wal-Mart would sell. Hell, I don't even think I go to Wal-Mart that much

Also I think being young could be a problem, especially since being older generally means you have more life experience, especially dealing with things that adults have to do, like you wouldn't expect a teenager to know as much about paying taxes as an adult who has to pay taxes would.

I don't think that age should be an issue, at least not here. And it's convenient that you "forgot" to post your age in your profile, which you could lie about anyway. You could be 12 for all I know as you've done nothing to show me otherwise.

I do consider age at a factor on social issues. Cause I highly doubt a 5 year old knows how to get a 18 year old girl friend. Unless he's sean connery at a young age or something.

And BTW, governments are 10 times more evil than this. They force people to pay money ALL THE TIME. (Which is not always a bad thing if you ask me.) Not only that, but they also sometimes force people to go kill other people. So how come you didn't get a thread about them instead?
