well its still an amendment and as far as i know all amendments are in the bill of rights or that its part of the extension of the bill either way i was some what or totally right.
As for the loop hole, Bush could run as Vice president with a puppet president and if they win the president will resign and Bush could be president again if there's a law against this tell me so i know.

The president lied? Omg!! they should've never lie! I mean, when it comes to politics, no one ever lies! Espeicially when it comes to presidents when they're in a situation that could easily effect their entire career for the rest of their life.

BTW Wes, one of the generals, (I forgot the details, just remember seeing a military guy at a press confrence) said that they have a GREAT idea where osama is. And then, by a miracle that can only come from god himself, none of the journalists asked him any follow ups to that statement. I mean, it was only what? The greatest thing to put in a newspaper?
