Ah, so Lord Wolf decided to attack me. He depleted all of my troop levels and threw me into anarchy. Fortunately, my populace loves me very much, and I was able to successfully counterattack and consequently throw him into anarchy again for the third time in a week... I'm not going to have any industrial base for the next three days, and I'm going to be in this Hellish debt for for... a long while. Maybe this time next week I'll be back on my feet.

Well right now I make 1,445 dollars a day but since an event happend were I had a drought I had to minus on $5.00 income for each citizen leaving me with 365 bucks. I would help but I need to wait for my next tax collect.

Option 2: Return the items to the owners and receive a finders reward. Citizen income +$5.00.

Citizen income +$5.00 will give you +$0.50 x working citizens.
But +2 happiness is good, maybe it will even give you more than +5 citizen income.

I almost got scammed but I went with option 2 and returned the ship full of goods and now I can make 3,000 dollars a day because of the +5$ income and also since now my 4 day safe days are over I converted to war as an option and my country is as happy as ever.

You do realize to nuke you need over 1000 infra, 75tech. and be in top 10% rankings along with uranium. Then they cost 200k each. Plus maintience.
