# The multiplayer chat screen will now show a preview of the map you will play on.
This preview, as opposed to what the REMOVED Deathknight keeps trying to say, is a preview of the map. That REMOVED has been saying that if it's like WC3, then it will be a user chosen picture. Ironically, that's not even true. The preview in WC3 requires you to DL the map, and then it shows you a preview of the terrain. I'm guessing it may be possible to crash people by having them see the preview.. which is very bad. However, as for the preview "ruining" the game, this is not a problem. The preview is too small to do such a thing.

# The creator of a private Battle.net game can now make the game public under the creator’s name in the multiplayer chat screen.
I don't exactly understand this, does anyone else think they know what this means?

# A Friends List will be added to the game to keep track of your friends on Battle.net.
I think this means they are adding a Graphical User Interface (GUI) friends list like they have in WC3. Basically, there are some tabs, "Channel", "Friends", "Clan" in WC3. I don't know if they are adding a sort of Clan thing to SC but I assume they will at least have the Channel and Friends tabs.

# Friend mail will be added to the game to let you email members of your Friends List.
Same thing they added to D2 and have in WC3.

# A password-recovery and email-registration function will be added to allow you to recover your password via email.
Same thing they added to D2 and have in WC3.

# A minimap ping will be added to the game to allow you to ping a location on the map.
Wonderful and common feature of new RTS games.
