Ahh allrighty. Yeah the switch idea works well, so I have 1 switch per set of properties (i.e. Red, Purple, Blue, etc.)
And I fixed the movement thing that FaZ was talking about and fixed all the bugs with Player 8's units moving with the player. The issue now is thatthe rolls will work, but wont display properly. When I roll a 5, it will display double twos or when I roll a 7 it will show double ones. This map is realllly getting on my nerves now, and we haven't even gotten to the time consuming part.

You can do like this, make a little area with a dark and a light area and a unit wich is possible to disable doodad state on, when you move to the dark zone you randomize the first dice, and teleport the unit back to the light area, set death of any unit to the number of the first dice and display the number that where randomized. Second you do the same with the unit and teleport it back to it's position and disable doodad state on it, also set another death count for the second dice and display text again for the second dice number.
Then you make two actions like this:

This were not even to the topic (or?) but when I started I couldn't stop...
As I said in the post you quoted, the roll dice system works. It just wont display the dice properly. I know all of the 36 combinations and I know how to add, the dice just wont show up on the minimap.
And I also said the move triggers work fine (and as it turns out that is pretty much the same way we did it).

I jsut started and I werent even thinking to stop... =P, but unecessary it was yes
Allright now I've sent the latest version of the map to RexyRex and LegacyWeapon. I'm hoping one of them can figure it out because I'm getting more and more frustrated with these darn triggers (and I don't mean to take it out on you, Chrono).

Well I didn't know what you meant either, so I can't get you some help or something like that... but I tried my best =), always be positive
I have already started a monopoly game long ago. I already have most of it done.... I have made a board, most of the property stats, all locations, all terrain, game pieces, most gameplay... im almost done with it....
The reason it isnt done is because my dad borrowed my monitor... (im on my other comp)

All the people I have ever known have never gotten to finish a monopoly map ever. I don't care what excuse you use, you guys have NEVER finished one. A lot of people have had this idea and none of you guys who post about it ever finish. I'm really hoping DevliN will actually complete this map!
Oh D_Scypher and I fully plan to finish this once we get the basics down.

I can help you with all of my skills in map making, even though it isnt much
Well we just need to get the dice to display correctly (which Rexy fixed completely for us last ight and early into this morning). Once that is settled, we'll move on to the various property triggers whihc shouldn't take too long (there are only about 28 properties on a Monopoly board). Everything else we've got planned on paper, in AIM conversations, or on other maps so I think we've got it all covered from here.

I don't do things that way. If i had very little done, i wudnt work on it... but i have much done so i have to finish it.
And i plan to.

I think there was something with the rolls that made it do both displays on the first die.

Nope, but I redid the roll triggers as random switches as the displays still don't work while the movement works fine. So I think it is something wrong with the displays and not the roll triggers. Want to take another look at it and try to fix them?

Yes, and i did end up deleting all the switches in the display triggers. As for the P8 moving bug, I solved that by constantly setting its death trigger to 0 for movement. So in all, your PM was pretty helpful. But alas, the displays still don't fully work.
Since the weekend is over, I don't really have the time.
But I can help you out with other, smaller things.

Well I've fixed the rolling (for now). The issue is that the dice don't show up on the map correctly. I sent the map to Legacy to check it out, maybe he can see what's wrong with it.

Yeah I just took a look at it. It seems like it works pretty well, but I need 2 dice and not in the form of units. Thanks for the help anyway, though. I appreciate it.
