Only 3% of Xbox 360's are defective which is low for a new product. All the rest of the claims are either false or caused by idiots not reading the manual. The PS3 will have better Graphics but its harder to develop for and also no Supported Online that is proven. That is one reason the 360 will win and that is Online.

Xbox Live is only 5.95 a month. If you get a year account it only equates to 4.97 a month plus now you get with a 70 dollar Xbox Live starter kit you get 20 dollar game rebate, your headset, 12 month subscription card, and one free arcade game. That is a great deal. Sony really doesnt support the online. The company of the game has to host the servers and manage the servers. What I was saying though is that their online is far from proven unlike Microsofts.

Not to mention we all have PS3's right now. Its called a DVD player because all Sony has for PS3 is movies.

Just use Xbox Connection or System Link if you don't want pay...

Besides to you people who seem to don't understand 3% is not a lot (mostly people who destroy it for retarded reasons) Bill Gates has stated that he will put as much money into the xbox 360 to make it a success. If you think xbox 360 had problems, how do you think ps3 going to do with blue ray discs with horrible hardrives? Its gonna suck...10 dollars on the fact 20% of the ps3's will be defunctional or people will return it cause they don't want it anymore. PS3 may have the better graphics, but they got shi* for brains games that don't even compare to xbox games or even the online factor.

my thing is xbox = halo, and every single game with xbox live , and a nice running xbox live, and also GTA

I've owned a Ps2 for three years. Know what problems I've had with it? The DVD drive decayed, and I had to fix it.

For several months, I left my xbox and Ps2 on constantly. No restarting. Game running. Carpeted floor.

Everybody in Xbox Live will defenatly have a Halo 2, because it's on first top test Xbox Live games, which has a total over 40,000 players. Don't accuse others as fanboys, usually some people who doesn't like Halo 2, plays Halo 2 anyways. And, when people play Xbox 360, I think they crashed their games by destroying something then later, it triggers that something which shouldn't be destroyed.

For an example:
When I play was Half-Life 2, I accidently killed this girl in the part where she buys you a drink, I had no weapons but the physics system when you hold something and let the thing you're holding keep touching her, then it would kill her. When I went to this area, she's suppose to talk but she's dead and then it crashed.

The crashes can be caused by:

• Graphics - I've seen a blue dinosaur in King Kong over at 360 when I played it. But barely any other games would experience this, only King Kong for me.
• Glitches - I've done this before in Half-Life 2 (Look at the example above).
• Careless - I saw careless people before, once they lost, sometimes they threw their controllers at the floor, leave the Xbox 360 idle, let the game run while nobody is using it and etc

I know I'm going a little bit far back with this, but, LOL!!! Giving the PS3 a fancy name like "Home entertainment system" doesn't make it any better than other game systems. It's just a different name for game console, it just has more flair. And yes, Syphon, the Nintendo Revolution does pwn the banana and the tofu.

xbox 360 is good yea. Who cares if you buy an obsolete system (ps3 is the pwnzer) you can always get... both.

Xbox has had a history of overheating systems, xbox had it worst. It literally melted from the inside. A melted dvd isn't bad... a melted internal due to fan defect is pretty dang bad.

At least it was better then Psp's damaged pixel ordeal.

They should have more xbox360's before christmas (or a few days before it) oh come on now, you know how big named corporations are, they want your moolah, thats it, moolah.

I also don't trust first generation consoles, I do NOT want to be anyone's gienna pig. I usually get the system I want 6 months after it comes out (thats when all the kinks have been kinked out).

The Xbox 360 just sucks overall, the commercials for the games look good, but the actual games themselves suck. I played CoD2 and it just sucked. The aiming was oversensitive so you couldn't shoot crap that was more than 5 meters away from you. You could run out and get shot around 30 times and even then you can wait around 5 seconds and you will magically heal. What kind of a name is Xbox 360 anyways? I can't wait untill they come out with the W-container 540.

well ign said xbox 360 is better then ps3 thats all i believe in these days and i trust ign they never get it wrong.. even if ign was wrong.. ps3 wont be better in performance wise... yea xbox 360 i heard that its all fixed now... the ones that coming out before chrismas is the 3rd bulk anyway... or something like that, also all game system has it pretty much... like if you move your xbox 360 while playing can scratch your cd thats kinda obvious... and if you shove your xbox 360 in the conner it over heats yea thats obvious but they could of made it better atleast, but there not there just going to fix some of the major bug, becuase they wont release like a new one, because people the people who already bought the old one will go crazy. well i have i can atleast get my xbox before chrismas
