Hehe, I just sent 2 people into Anarchy without losing a troop. His friend is next, too. I'm currently at war with 3 people, my infastructre raises a lot too!

Edit: I defeated 'Valentine' twice (with only 40% chance of winning) and killed off about 15 of his soldiers. I'll attack again when I can.

You should probably lower your DEFCON level if you want to be at war with so many people.
Oh, and Differ. has been defeated, his people are in anarchy and he has no soldiers to defend his nation. Should he attack again, our joined forces will easily crush him again.

Holy crap (sorry for the bad language) but I owe most of my thanks to Felagund because without him giving me some foreign aid I wouldnt of reached a good status.

I guess if you're thrown into anarchy, it takes a long time for your economy to heal. My gross income had been ~$100 a day for each citizen, but right now it's only about $62, up from a low of about $20 right after I fell into anarchy.
