if you're willing to lend me 35,000,000 -- ill get it. Also when i think it means no additional happiness penalties it means the same happiness penalty that 28% currently brings, not additional.

That's the fellow that caused my hand to fall so wrongly on Corinth. He's only 20 days old, so it also roughly (I cannot pinpoint exactly) correlates to the time that the other nation was deleted. I have contacted the "war minister" of LIH and asked that PaintballKid cease hostilities or I would bring the topic up with you guys. If I can attack him, I will -- but know that my army is very weak, and I only make like 20k per day. It's nice to know you're not rushing into it this time, and I think that your request for additional help is reasonable -- Even if they say it is not, you will still have my support.

Of course you'd want to discredit me with your being an agent of the enemy and all, but we're not here to discuss that. I am only doing what my honor dictates of me, to be poetic. I will not allow these hostilities to continue against my friend. I made one mistake - I won't make another.

Once the bureaucracy at GATO grants my diplomatic request, we should have a link with them and be able to put a stop to this nonsense. Rommer/UAC-Marine/Arthas' harrassment of the alliance is getting a bit tiresome now.
