No, with 17 people, we see who's lucky and actually has to fight in the first round. Everyone else gets by.

SCV rush only works against protoss who gets cannons too early or zerg who gets expansion too early. If blind's a pro, I doubt his timing will go wrong.

It'll never work but good luck trying. He'll have a scout in your base and as soon as those workers get off those minerals, he'll have him self a nice little wall of workers and some units behind it. Oh, and sending the workers at the start will never work.
