Don't think that Call of Duty 2 is all of the Xbox 360 games. Pfft, that was probably the pre-release demo. I don't even like Call of Duty 2, that's the worst Xbox 360 game that I ever played, but how come you didn't play King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie? Why not wait until Xbox 360 is a year old and look at all of the games it features?

They named it Xbox is their regular console name, 360 is a circle that spins.

I'm sorry, I take back the word fanboy. Replace it with "ignorant consumer," someone who blatantly refuses to even LOOK at other products before deeming them absolute crap and will forever defend their own, despite any sort of factual evidence otherwise. Like evangelists.



One quick look back, there was a bit of point-ness to my last post.

Everyone keeps bragging about how one system is better, because all the other console's of (insert company name) have horrible issues afflicting each and every one of them. I was just trying to point out that it IS possible that one may purchase a console purely for entertainment purposes. And for that console to work fine, despite being from (insert company name) I have no problem with this sort of argument, because it's a large part of this forum, lol. But when absolutely every thread created including a company name becomse a thread about which is better, it's annoying. There are threads made just so people CAN debate (read: argue) about it.

Yes me too, I have at least 2 friends how bough Xbox just for Halo. It is really making Microsoft a lot of money. No wonder why they made a deal to release Halo for Xbox only and not for any other consoles. And will Halo 2 every be available for PC?

360 symbolizes how many crappy games are going to come out for the Xbox360 before people realize that they have been conned out of thier money and switch to the revolution or the PS3.

It's not a ripoff because it just came out. Besides, Call of Duty 2 in my opinion is the worst game in the Xbox 360, didn't I just say that it was a pre-release? Xbox 360 is supported by Unreal Engine 3, other graphic engines, memories and etc. I don't know if this is true, or not, but the PlayStation 3 Bananna Controller looks huge, who would hold that controller and play? How can you reach the thumbsticks? If the PlayStation 3 steals the trigger idea from the Xbox, they would get sued again but a different company. If you're using Windows which was made by Microsoft, I don't think that you would be much of a Microsoft Hater. For the Nintendo Revolution, I don't know much information about it but I think it will be a great system but will be in third place like the regular consoles (Not Analog) such as Xbox, PlayStation 2 and Nintendo GameCube.

There is no Sony Live or whatever, what you use is System Link, a connection or LAN. Usually Halo 3 will pwn in Xbox Live, yet even Halo: Combat Evolved still has a lot of servers in the PC demo and the full version. Halo 3 might have matchmaking because Halo 2 itself doesn't use optimatch because of overpopulation. And we're talking about one console, not a game that hasn't come out yet that is announced in Q2 2006 without any screenshots or videos.

It happens when systems are rushed and released early, happened with PS2, and the original box. Just call MS support and they'll take your old one and get you a new one. Simple as pie. It just happens kids.

There are possibilties than just early releases, it can be caused by cockroach infestation, not using an HDTV, careless, or glitches in the game.

So? I don't care what company made the console, if the Army produced a crappy first person shooter that didn't compare to other great first person shooters out there I wouldn't buy it just because the Army made it (*COUGH* America's Army:SF *COUGH*).

Don't use Call of Duty 2 as an example. Go to GameSpot, look at the Xbox 360 Section, play that video and look what games they would show.

Would an entire US Army make one Video Game? No. It could just be some soldiers who plays Video Games, who knows how to make Video Games, and the soldiers who have experienced in the military. No coughing or you're just spreading the disease.

Nope, what about Perfect Dark Zero, TimeShift, Quake 4, Gears of War, Prey, Postal 3, CellFactor, Project Delta, Brothers in Arms 3, and Halo 3 are the first person shooters on Xbox 360 out there that I know of, why not use them as an example?

The point isn't that a few people made it Sherlock Holmes, the point is that just because something was made by a company that you like, that doesn't mean it's great. What's frustrating is that you can't seem to grasp this and you go off pointing out random things that have nothing to do with what I'm talking about. I only get frustrated by newbies who can't understand something, and then think they're leet because of it.

I said loads, not one. By the way, some of those games aren't out so it's impossible to review them smart one. Why don't you actually play these games before preaching about them.

I played them before, smart one. What about Perfect Dark Zero, or Quake 4 (Even if Quake 4 got a bad rating)? Besides, most of the other first person shooter games is a few months release, yet they also have gameplay videos. Why not go to E3 and play some of those demos? I'll show you a link based on what games that just came out, only browse through 8.0 - 10.0 ratings. Kameo: Elements of Power was abused and said it was made for childrens only, but guess what, it was the first Xbox 360 game, and it's not just a childrens game, but a fun, violent, war, RPG game in my opinion.

What are you talking about? First, he loses money whenever an Xbox 360 is bought, bad news for them, there's a hard drive that makes it cost $400 because that's a bundle, each bundle has it's own features, yet it's worth it.

just yesterday.. my xbox keeps freezing in middle of the games... so i thought it was one of those off days it has. then just today when i turned it on... the lights on the xbox turned red! OMFG IT WONT START UP!

now were trying to turn it in to best buy becuase we have the warranty.
but they said that geek squad cant fix it. i dont think we can get a replacement becuase there all sold out or reserved during this holiday.
then they said turn it into the microsoft comany, but like there going to fix it in time since all this error and stuff going around.

so im just flicking pissed off.

the very first day november 22.
now we just got the xbox back since i had to explain everything.
all i have to do is call the people and they will send me a package and stuff. in the plus side they pay everything, replacing the system and 1st class packaging.

now all i have to do is wait for 4 days i guess to get a new one.

but i hope i can do the xbox live registration thing and recover profile.

I hope you would, I don't think getting another Xbox 360 would be expensive or getting your Xbox 360 repaired with a huge payment.
