Well I don't have the clan's CP, so I can't suspend or ban him from our forum. So instead I PMed Isolatedpurity and Yoshi about it to see if they can take care of this mess.

1. I initially changed the ranks when most of our members were making bounds. But I don't think he changed how many maps you have to make. I always thought those were the numbers.
2. Oo2 isn't open because right before Solar left, his bot dropped and he didn't turn it back on so we lost ops. And I think he and Snipe are the only people with WC3 accounts that can enter that channel. Keys aren't used to make clans, names are. That's why I'm able to be in Clan Oo and Clan uUu (so their clan channel doesn't close) on the same key.
3. We had a vote for the GM spot when Hydra gained the position. T-MaStAA has been the first person to be promoted to GM since then. I suppose Solar just felt T- had done a good job in the clan thusfar and deserved a promotion.
4. He changes them because his bots are also on his illegal names. And if people had enough access to his bots while they are logged onto his illies, they could get those names banned. Its mostly a precautionary issue, and occasionally he forgets to change the trigger back.
EDIT:
About the map thing, the last person to edit the Clan Information thread before me was Snipe, so maybe he was the one who changed it? I really have no idea about it. Maybe Solar wanted to make it more difficult to climb the ranks?
