hey shame lol. again, sorry about that mass kicking incident. and for any1 else who is reading this, please tell luny to leave me the *bleep* alone? i really dont care what he has to say about me kicking people, because he is very rude. id use other words, but im afraid the admin would get mad at me lol. oh, and if any1 wants to make a map with me, im all for it.

Oo.ShAmE.oO hi ShAmE I don't know you at all, so hey whats up. Just to let you know who I am, I am Oo.SlayeR.oO aka slayer766 I was recruited by a good friend of mine Oo.Snipe.oO And all together I have created 7 maps total and working on two right now. That's pretty much it.

Hey, for those of you who dont know shame, he was in Oo a while ago. He left when he stopped mapmaking, and since he has restarted he returned. His aka is Scotter, and I've known him for a year or so.

I play ffr sometimes, I go as Neil1337. I like the game because of it's interactivity and duh because it's ddr, however Stepmania is leagues better because you can find the official songs for it, the music is better, and the songs are perfectly synced. On FFR, the songs often are offset and the beat doesnt fall on when the arrow goes over the bracket. FFR is also pretty glitchy. But I play it anyways just because its fun to kick some human ass live.

I use Gmail and it is clearly the best E-Mail service around. The menus and hotkeys are intuitive and the raw storage space is amazing.

One question. Has anyone tried transferring any larger files? For some reason I cannot send anyone a file which is larger than 40,000 kb or so, and both accounts had enough storage space easily to recieve it. Has anyone ever sent any large files successfully?

I have noticed good conversations being cut short due to mods closing a forum; mainly because somebody makes a stupid post at the end, and changes the conversation bad.

Note to forum mods: Be sure not to end amusing harmless conversations such as the one that was recently closed in the Oo Progress topic. Look out for one stupid reply inside a topic, and delete that post, and the ones after it if necessary, if there is good content before it. Good job keeping active on the forums everyone.

Note to forum users: I want to be leniant when it comes to posting slightly off topic things in a topic, but it has to be a natural change, not a random subject change.

I think it's mostly the forum posters that should watch out. Mods just try to make sure the forum is clean and a safe environment. They won't delete a bunch of posts because a lot of people will be like "WHERE THE CRAP DI MY PST GO!?!" Mods tend to lock topics that are offensive or whatnot because it shows an example of what kind of posts will cause a topic to be locked. But if the people who post here disregard that, it's their own fault.

I agree, and also forums are closed because of a question being asked and the answer being givin when there is no need for further conversation.

For example: ViolentJ asked, "how do I join clan oo". I explained, there were a phew posts than I said he was not able to join and the information was givin on how to join Oo. Therefore, the topic was locked.


Edit Oo.SOLAR.oO: I agree, that is one of the occasions it is good to close a topic. Reread my paragraph to understand when a bad instance would be.

There arent that many people around that still discriminiate Oo, there was alot more a while ago, now its basicly only the people who are behind times or just hold a grudge for a very long time.

And even if they do they just get ignored because of there, how would you say it.... incompatince. They just don't have a reason to discriminate Oo and even if they do it wouldn't really matter.

Since that was my Topic that I posted there and I don't know who Closed it, SOLAR would you like me to open it back up to continue the conversation that we had going about Oo's progress? And just like you said SOLAR my Topic was harmless and was getting good replies by SEN members.

I constantly delete massive amounts of posts at a time. And I close topics when I think they've run their course.

I actually think further discussion even off-topic is good, as long as it's not totally random material.

For example, a topic starts about how to join clan Oo. It slowly digresses to how maps are rated. I think that kind of off-topic is fine.

The "off-topic" that I don't like seeing is when people start to talk about rating maps in a thread about how to join Oo when we already have a thread devoted to map ratings. Its just annoying for me to click in between two completely separate topics and find the same conversation. Maybe I'm just picky or something, but most of the time people make topics about previously discussed topics or people make posts in the completely wrong area.

Not to pick on Panzer or anything, but a multiple choice question about Chinese history isn't very appropriate for this forum. We are a map making clan on a website devoted to StarCraft. Sure I don't mind a nice discussion in regards to some retorical question (like the questions debated in Serious Discussion), but generally we should stick to maps here.

Oh and I delete all the posts in Member List or Maps in Production after the proper changes have been made. In the Signature Request thread, I delete posts in which people comment on other signatures (we can always make a Rate My Signature thread for stuff like that) so that the thread is full of requests only. I also generally leave some comments for awhile until I know that the one making the request gets his singnature - and then I delete them.

I, again, see no issue with any of this. But tell me if you think I'm doing something wrong.

ya i agree music is way better on step mania...plus you said u could make your own lol that'd be cool we could make like an Oo theme song and make steps for it or somethin

the only descrimination that ive noticed is against other Oo members. i used to have a problem with bloodtear, but i dont ne more. i just let it go. however, there is one Oo member that seems to hate me.... that being Oo.Luny.oO. he seemed to get mad when i went on lockdown b/c scoTTer (now know as Oo.Shame.oO) wasnt registered in a bot, or forum, and no1 could confirm if he was part of the clan or not. so i didnt let him in the channel (with a rediculous # of kicks and such) untill i confirmed his status. and people did that to me when i first joined, so i dont see what the big deal is. just luny repeatedly yells at and threatens me, and id appreciate it if he would stop. -thanks for listening
