I'm thinking for the second part to the map you will have simular terrain but the trolley will server as a safe zone, a rondeau booth.. Throughout this part of the game i think there will be alot of saving the helpless and bringing them to your trolley.. You will eventually come across a machanic who will help fix the broken power core of the trolley (which you lose during a battle) while you then move to the next sector...

Overall i see this as a mix of Doom 3 to Half Life..with our own originality mixed within it.

I replayed it and something was wrong with the dropship system. I would unload and nothing would happen and in result I died. Also, the units weren't being loaded back in either. In the beginning intro I think it was, you forgot to color the last line gray.

The item system sometimes has to be clicked a few times for the triggers to engage, a minor glich that we can't seem to get our hands on... It's more of a delay then anything else... The best thing to do when that happends is click unload a few more times.. Thats what everyone else does.. lol..

Anywoot very nice start UBCS you and chris should be happy with it. Good feedback and lots of nice features in map. Storyline is awesome to also adds extra feeling to it.

Check my map, it seems alot harder to do in some ways than this -.-'.


I mean if you quit the map the only thing you will prove is that you are a failure at map making.

Yeah, I agree its pretty sad when you start a map and work on it hard and then you just slowly stop working on it and not doing alot on it then you get bored of it stop making it and then you start another map and the same thing happens. So take my advice you should work on it a little more so you can finish it instead of taking alot longer leading to the end of the map. not even finished

Yeh i understand, i go back to school in 10 days and my online life (starcraft, World of Warcraft, Halo and many other games) will suddenly die and i wont have time for most of it! but i will still try to make my maps, anyway! just take it slow and even if it takes years and its as good as the demo people wont care one bit!

Yah uhm school I havent had hard with I just been doing other things than just Starcraft, Starcraft isn't my life.

Anyway I hope to finish to map later on just at the moment im busy with personal things.

Lol, I know thouse problems really well, and yeh, starcraft aint many peoples life (even though i played for 7 hours to finish racoon city!) lol, and if you dont know what racoon city is i am going to slap you! anyway i dnt mind a wait! i gotta play all the new maps smile.gif

You can get stuck between crates when the person is following you and you can get stuck near ammo crates. Are you going to fix this? It's a really big problem.

You're wrong, it's not a big problem. It will be fixed upon release of the multiplayer demo, so don't worry about it.. For now i suggest just stay away from walls... If you didn't know, you only use that allie for the first mission, then he stays behind..

lol some people like having him around for the little time u get him for.. Because he does help out..and unless u like running from the undead it's good to have him on your back.. But hahaha thats a first..

PRANK OF THE DAY:
be sure when the multiplayer demo comes out that u bring all your newby friends in an elevator with you..then you say watch this... Place a c4 and run like hell.. It's a fun way to trick your friends, i've done it lots of times when I test with friends haha..

I thought of a reasonable idea for flashlight system =) maybe some use to you UBCS or Fear, i'll pm it to ya UBCS and see what ya think about it. Also have another idea for " Barrels " like in doom shoot them and explosions happen. Really i believe only need 1 - 2 locations for it if you put a unit under barrel, once barrel gone and just unit under it is left explosion happens. A Location will roam around map on the units. I guess its simple enough, msg you flashlight system now.
