and dont forget the small chef hat too also make the background black or green like sen's post background colors

I watched some of the photoshop videos and learned how to do the background and render but i still don't know how to do cool text.

u need to save the font into yer comp's Font folder, if u havent, then go to Start>Control Panel> Appearance and Themes> Font (on the left menu bar)> File> Install New Font

thats for Windows xp btw...

once u do that, u should be able to use the font... (try to download Truetype Fonts...)
