Tux is the master, if you don't support him you are a fool.
I don't regard myself a master, though I probably am the closest there is to one (among others here). I never wanted to be, anyway. I could have been, but you see, what then? I'd be relegated to upholding that role, and have little room to explore or act freely without breaking that role. I may someday, but not now. Not while I still have things I want to do.

I haven't seen him make a Starcraft map editing site anytime in the last century. But we have lived all this time without it. What makes one think we can't continue? The fact that some idiot thinks that Starcraft is dead because he can't play with some new toy that he had for less than a month anymore? What logic is there in that?

I say Yoshi is the master. If you don't get that, then you might as well be an idiot, and insult him to his face, but you can't do that can you?
Yoshi is a product of SC's popularity. He's done some good things for mapping, but nothing that compares directly to EUDs, extended terrain, etc. His major accomplishment is this site, which has been the host of all the recent developments in map making lately. To that end, he is the master. But on the mapping side specifically, he's long since given up that role.
Anyway, you're in a real hurry to win an argument that doesn't exist here. I never ONCE said SC is dead, or will die. I just said it has no real future. That doesn't mean the communities within it don't, or that there can't be spectacular maps that take on their lives of their own. EUDs as far as I could tell were the closest thing to an automodder, which I stated LONG AGO would be the only real way to perpetuate SC in the face of Blizzard's long procrastination with a SC2.
