Panzer, did you kick Scotter on his Oo.Shame.oO name or his Scotter name?
If you ever have an issue trying to identify a new member, do the following:
1. Check to see if he is on the bot (i.e. in this case it would be the command =shame). If nothing comes up try step 2.
2. Check his profile. Generally people just going on Oo names to sneak in never put any info in their profiles. If the member has info in in, then start to assume that he/she is a real member.
3. Ask who recruited that member. Then once you get a definite answer, ask the recruiter to see if its true.
