Well, if you regularly browse our Concepts forum, this isn't so much breaking news, but it's news nonetheless.
Thanks in part to our modding genius DiscipleOfAdun, the creative wheels with EUD conditions are back in motion.
The offsets are being sorted out, and some are complete.
My online program MemCalc has been updated with a module specifically for EUD Conditions, and a second Starforge trigger generator will be added soon to specifically make triggers to detect a byte value. You can currently find the location for any unit property given its LocalID.
Also, LegacyWeapon's Uber@tion 2 has updated data files for the current shift of offsets.

Mr_Mooo_Cow(U) for being the man to go to for memory offsets. And for making a tool for me to checking the LocalID of the unit I was clicking on.

So, is there like a detailed tutorial of what EUDs are, what they do, how to use them, etc? I've never used them before, so I'm a n00b.

Kashmir, the views of the webpage is generally "left wing" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democracy_Now!). I'm not saying it's a bad source but finding one that comes from all over would be the best.

EUD actions will not likely return, and if they do they will be patched. People found ways to load viruses with them, and blizzard patched them.

Them pushing their beliefs is the only way for them to get their rights because activism usually leads to drastic changes. Look at other civil rights movements in the past. They were only possible through activism.

We'll, I recently watched a show about capital punishment and such, and it stated that after the American Rev. the americans wanted to reform all of there European ways, like all those brutal punishments the un inlightened Europeans performed. So they started with a series of unorganized prisons, then after the admendment of the bill of rights they started more seemingly humane ways of punishment eventually leading to the creation of the electric chair.

Did you check the links? EUD Conditions allow maps to read the Starcraft RAM.

Your claim doesn't match your evidence. That site simply proves that "Charlie Went Down to Gitmo." It doesn't prove anything about the Red Cross actually being there.

Blizzard doesn't care about us at all, plus or minus. They only patched EUD actions to protect themselves since supposedly you could make "viruses" (which I'm still not beleiving is entirely true).
Way to go on updating them, but have fun when Blizzard patches again.
That's my main problem with EUD anything, one patch and your map is broken. And the still annoying bits about having my EUD action maps broken... but that's more of a personal scar
