Well, it's a good source. The only problem is the date. One within the last 2 years would be best.
However, I went searching and found that the ICRC did a search in 2004. So you're right they went in. However:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guantanamo_Bay_detainment_campObviously, the government has rejected the claim. The article goes on with various statements about the accusations on Gitmo and various evidences supporting the claim. One that stuck out to me was:
Released prisoners also accused of torture and filed complaints. While people here are arguing it's necessary for vital information, read this:

Now we are in a pickle that is.
Our Government, some people who have visited Gitmo ad fox news who have filmed inside Gitmo and done interviews with the gaurds there, have all said there are no abuses happening.
And then there are former detainees and some people who have seen Gitmo have said there are in fact abuses going on there.
I think this debate will have to rely on if you trust our military or not and what your personal definition of torture is.
Such as I have gone through all those so called tortures before and I go through them every year. Its called football camp, football season. School, lacrosse season, lacrosse camp. Earl Davis conditioning.
So I wouldn't call these tortures in my eyes, I would have to see something a little more extreme then just discomferts.
