hmm i liked it...except when i tested by myself as soon as i got to about 34 kills or so and i had all my units attacking, for some reason it just stopped, does this have to do with the least and most kills trig or something?

No, it's that you were killing faster than the tracker could keep up with (has to reproduce each kill you make 1 at a time in those archon areas). If you had waited it would have caught up eventually, though.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, but for the record, Kenoli had already done this.

What, you think I posted this to brag or something? Even though I doubt anyone would really care enough, shaving the cost of the player slot holds value for at least a few applications where the extra player slot might be needed. Given that I haven't seen any tutorials or posts for this method anywhere, it doesn't do much good regardless of whose record it lies.

Certainly would have saved me some time to not have to invent it from scratch, at least. disgust.gif

AMEN!!

So your going to use your system for when the game is full? or what ever and then when it isnt full use one of the slots for the old system???

No it executes full house or not. But the more players the better, as the more disjointed the kills are less chance for the above mentioned synchronized killing glitch to occur. Still not impossible, considering the implementation I need it for, though (there will be parts where all 8 players may be killing with the same time frame).

I made a mistake. I meant to say I am trying to rain on your parade, if there is one. Since it really doesn't matter who came up with it aside from potentially annihlating any feeling of individual success you may have felt. If you don't need to respond to this, don't. I hate myself for saying anything more on the matter.

Actually it doesn't do much to whatever "individual success" there might be because I invented it from scratch anyway exactly when I needed it. Even if I'd known about it before I'd probably still have posted it, seeing as how I can't find any mention or tutorial of it anywhere (yes I'll try to add one soon, for completion's sake). As I said it would have helped if I didn't have to do that, but since kenoli or whoever hadn't posted it anywhere I known about it's just the same as if it never existed at all.

Not that I care too much, as you can see by the first post, since this is a very specific niche method that I doubt anyone would use unless they had a very specific need of that extra player slot (if anyone even really ever uses the normal 'perfect' method anyway, for that matter).

Sounds to me like you're just trying to be an arse.
