OMG u_b i know the prob...Im at the library and I got a cool image sig to use at home. I tried to put it on a disk which has worked 42956439876790846 times before. I have 2 minutes before I have to leave. And my computer says "Disk not formatted..."

Its the nature of the beast... what can go wrong with a computer to piss you off... will go wrong. Hell thats why i smashed my old computer 
and built this new one that hasent given me a problem since i built it. But back then it would do every possiable thing imaginable to annoy me... run things SO SLOW it was unbearable even though it wa very capable of running it. Crash while doing random things. Not accept and let me load certain things... it was a mess...

Well I can give you a couple of reasons why I don't like macs:
1: They're really stupid.
2: They're really slow

You know of course:
- They aren't slow, accually they're used for video production all the time.
- They're computers aren't stupid, quite fast accually.

by the way, im a PC user. but macs aren't stupid, it just depends what your needs are.

I got those opinions because the only macs that I had ever used were when I was in elementary school and they were very slow back then. They were always loading things slow and freezing up.

Well windows is all that I use so that statement is one that I can argue against.
1: Windows is not slow.
2: Does freeze but not often
3: Newer versions have good things available to you like the newest version of word and any other type of program like that

Windows DOES freeze extremly often compared to any other OS... Any other will crash either cuz it's YOUR fault, or something very bad happened. Windows crashes cuz of basicly no reason... Doesn't make it bad anyway...

My Windows crashes AT LEAST 1 time a day, either cuz of a game, or most of the time cuz of MSN... But oh well, it's still the only good messenger out there, in my oppinion (I don't like Trillian =P )

hehe on my old computer with windows 98 it crashed atleast 4 or 5 times per day but on my new with xp it only crash maybe once every 2 days

I still like better my computer to crash instead of deleting everything, then reinstalling everything again... I couldn't anyway on this computer.

freeze = freezes up you have to reboot it
crash = dies completely

Crash doesn't mean die, die = sux0rz computer, or overlord, or data lost. The only thing I could find is: freeze = a program that makes window close whatever was interfering; then it gets you back to your desktop, and crash = blue screen of death followed by a ... crash...

That hasn't happened all that has happened was black screen of death that stays forever and then you have to hold the off button to turn the computer off without actually shutting it down and that ruins the computer.
