I personally don't see this spelling and grammar errors too much of a problem among map makers, but i do see another issue that really is a problem.
It's the little competitive feuds we have when we make maps. I bet you almost every one of us map makers make maps not only to enjoy them, but to be famous. If some other fellow map maker makes a good map, you would be like "Wow this map is good. Now i must make one better!" And then so on. Rather than helping that one person spread his map, we instead make our own "better" maps and then try and get those spread. Sometimes this creates some bitterness among us and hostile fervor continues to rise at an alarming rate.

So thats why people always say map makers have a bad temper... and why "professional" map makers are so ... hmm how to say this... anyways there always like "let the professionals do it" note that is an [almost] exact quote (just without the italics and maybe different wording) *coughhappybikini.comcough*
I don't consider myself "professional" but I can do everything I see them do...
