im not sure that these trigs are going to get patched, no1 said for sure that they are, dk said theres an upcoming patch, so have fun with this program, nothing about it patching the triggers, and i looked on battle.net and nothing about a new patch coming...

Perhaps blizzard is afraid of the power EUD triggs give to their users, SC is becoming independent of blizzard and these ways to edit SC are border line mods. Think of how blizzard feels when they see that "ooo they are playing mods over b.net"

I am all for EUD triggers, i have actually started incorperating them into my upcoming map. I voted for the petition and the saving of these wonderful new ways to make maps. I think it is just blizzard is afraid of what these abilities may lead to. We have just been given the power to edit the game itself thanks to DK and I think that is what blizzard is afraid of.

I haven't made a reply in ages, but for these triggers, I'll make one... I'm too deep into a new project... I don't want my efforts to go to waste.

Signed, even though I don't care. I'm not an ass, my maps will be accessible to both Mac AND PC users. Why? Because, honestly, I don't see EUD triggers as really being that useful, all they're good for is making map makers lazy, and crashing macs, now instead of putting some thought into how to do this, oh, EUD, oh, EUD, oh, EUD. Screw it. I'm glad it's getting patched, I enjoy putting effort into making maps. Besides, not much of this stuff was even useful at all. Mostly just fluff, the set and detect HP functions are about it, and that whole "Oh yeah, no macs" sours me to it entirely.

BTW, I know for a fact that they will continue to patch whether you guys like it or not. Its there game, not yours. They may fiddle around with it as much as they want. Don't like it? Don't play.

As someone said earlier, if you think its part of the mac users routine, you obvious have never tried a mac. I loved the mac when I tried it. In fact if every [program for windows was for mac, including my C++ compiler, I would have bought one.

Well, I'm not pissed off at EUD triggers at all I think they are a great help in getting ums maps popular. The only thing that annoysme is the stuff PC users say about macs. They judge mac users by what macs they have used, which were probably the horrid computers at their school or something.
