Everyone likes school, just not the work. We all like PE(unless you dont?) because we dont have to work and we just have fun and play sports. We like it when classes end because then we have a break from work to hang with friends etc.

Aww gather round children, I always find it funny when people use this kinda argument, Freedom of this and that.
During Public Schooling K-12 the majority of the time you are children by a legal standard (pretty much till you graduate). Your Parent/Gaurdians must send you to school or there denying your right to an education. Once you become an adult you may choose if you want to go to school or not. Our freedom stops when it contradicts with someone elses, our goverment has decided that children need schooling for there own benifit. Parents have to send you to school or it potentially harmfull for their children thus interfering with someone elses rights.
To put it in perspective Imagine you had a 5 year old kid. Would you ask him "do you want to got to school and learn or stay home and play"? Imagine the state of country if we allowed you to make that decision.
PS. I don't know if the laws are differant in each state but here you are allowed to drop out of school at 16.

I hate homework.
I'm in school from 8:30am (wake up at 7) to 4-5pm. Like 8 hours. Then I have to do my homework, which -if properly done- takes at least 1-2hrs.

ok here it goes for me

get on bus at 7:10?? and i miss the bus a lot expecially since we have anew bus driver
Classes all day until 1:45 then i have clubs after school their is one on tuesday one on wednesday and one on thursday so those last until 2:30 so then i have to leave the clubs early so i can get dressed for cross country or track w/e im doing and then i get out a 4:00to 5:00 depends on what the practice is .. and then if i have a game/meet for one of those i dont get home until 6:00 to 9:00 depending on what sport im playing.. and then i usually get home rest for a while or go on comp cuz im pooped and then i do homework if i already didnt finish it during school (which i did last year for one half the year) and you have to do that 180 days .. not to mention u have to deal with other kids blam and the teachers bull blam plus my school is old and a peice of blam and we have no a/c so we sweat our asses off in the begining of the year and at the end of the year also we have to carry our books around all day.. but im clad i took CAD because i get to sit on a computer for an hour and a half in a nice computer chair ^_^ and sometimes i go on games or sen when the teacher aint looking

1. It has the word school
2. You learn there then they give you work to take home and if you don't wanna do it they yell at you give you a detention and a bad reputation and report.
3. You can't get in fights or SRO comes and you go to well lots a places and they all suck.
4. You learn.

6. No scooters or skateboards allowed at all times. (except at my school some gang took the no away.)
7. Projects.
8. Summer it gets hot.
9. Gay movies. (I saw this one gay movie with like a crack that only I understood language movie. This was the quote. [This dangerous desiese is called run-onites. And the only way to protect yourself is to have a period. Those Child Molesters.])
10. You ride a bus.
11. If you get in a gang and don't do anything you get in trouble.
12. I ran out of things to type. Damn.

I absolutely LOVE school. I'm not a bookworm, and I hate some school subjects, but it's where I'm around people I like. I go to a private school (it's special education, by parents aren't even footing the bill). We don't wear uniforms, we don't have a lot of money (quite the opposite, my school doesn't have a great deal of money to throw around). There's not alot of snoddy rich kids, and there are maybe three kids who I would say have some form of mental retardation. Yeah, there's more then "batblam crazy" and "retarded" in mental illnesses. At home is fairly boring (after a couple months of being on the computer nonstop it's not that great anymore). I know, "go outside", but I'm shy and I don't see many kids around my house anyways. It seems like no one leaves their houses besides in a car around here.

Yea, thats what everyone tells me, but im sort of an anarchist. I really am fine with how things go on here, but I dont thing that were truly free. (I go on about "Deed Restricted Communities," and so on)

I like everything about school exept the work. The kids are cool and id rather be there than sitting inside doing nothing. getting up early sucks too...I have to wear uniforms and it really sucks... Alot of people break the uniform code but the teachers dont really seem to care.. I get B*tched at the odd time for an untucked shirt thats about it..Alot of the girls get away with rolling their skirts
