I hate school because of the never-ending mindset thta people who play video games, get good grades, and like to read are nerds, geeks, or otherwise. I also hate being held back by those retards in my class.

Ditto to everything.

I don't. You don't hate school, you hate work. And you know it.

If you hate work, please stop doing it. Please. That way, you can drop out and let the people who can actually handle it go ahead and work on things rather than being held behind because people refuse to do their work.

Life is full of incorrect assumptions, hateing school because people may or may not have that assupmtion isn't justified.

People hate school, I believe, because of the pricks at school, and the work.

I used to hate school until I realized it is actually fun! Because I get to gain knowledge that I didn't have before, and I love to learn so.

I like school, but the thing I hate about it is the first day, always the first day. My report card last year was a 4.0GPA, highest was 104% in geometry, that was my 9th grade.. time for 10th, lets hope it goes fast.. I start monday...

Things I hate? Teachers that you can't get along with, other kids who like to give the teacher hell and be jerks, thats why I take all the accelerated classes, no "gangsters" in those classes. I also hate people trying to peer you into crap and won't stop. I hate people who make fun.

That's more of a ditto than my first post. School itself is fine, but the people who refuse to work and learn, in turn, holding YOU back suck. Teachers with whom you cant get along with suck too. But it's mostly the kids.

I've been TOLD by the majority of my class that I'm a nerd for the aforementioned reasons.

other kids who are mean and who are idiots that take higher classes than they should so that at the end of the class u get 5 times as much homework because u didnt get what you were supposed to get done is class

you have to take classes that you dont want to just because you have to take them to graduate high school... im talking about high school right now not k-8 i hate how you have to take a foregn language and how you have to take all the other classes (english,science,social studies,math) if i could pick i would only take math classes and social studies and a few electives .. its not like i want to be a scientist or a poet or w/e most of this blam we will not need in our profession when we are older. i would only take math and social studies because i like those two subjects and the other 2 i find not interesting and a waste of time.

I hate school because I don't get enough choice about how or what I learn.

School takes all the fun out of learning and makes people hate knowledge and smarts, which is the precise reason why there are so many blamheads in school.

school sux because i know what is being taught, so it's either im not being challanged enough or im just plain lazy. cause not to brag or ne thing but i've known what they are teaching us now since like 6th grade and i think i dont learn ne thing cause a lot of kid's in my class take hour's to learn how do divide basic fractions. gosh i dont mean to complain either but it pisses me off that im smarter then all the kids in my class and they cant learn a ing concept in less then 5 minute's, and if you are one of those kinda people then i hate you soo much.

I really hated high school. I hated the peer pressure and the coaches that doubled as teachers. I made good grades though, I just didn't like most of the people.

... Of course, I didn't talk to most of them either.

i dont hate my school, i hate Homework and Teachers

First day of highschool was monday. Im a freshman.

So far I love school, high school kicks ass. So far I like all my classes except Geometry because im the only freshman in the class. I get to see all my friends daily unlike once or twice a week during the summer. Open campus owns. Ect.

I hate school because of the lack of actual education, i find that the amount of knowledge you obtain in a year is ridiculously low. I also hate 99% of the people in my school. Immature Kids...Rap-ers.... Emo-ers... I also hate my teachers, because every teacher ive had is a tool. I also hate how it basically conflicts with your freedom. (Its illegal to not go to school? So Thats why were in America, land of the free!)

And most of all, during the summer i can go to bed at 4 AM and wake up and 2 PM (If i wanted too), it pretty much is the best time of your life. And then you go back to school, and all of the sudden have 5 hours in your day.

When you get a 99% on a test, and other people gets like 72%. Then they laugh at you. It makes me sick! Sick , I tell you!

I completly agree with most of the people here, its not the learning that makes school bad, I enjoy learning, its the people, the really stuipid people, the ones who will do anything just so they don't have to learn, they mess stuff up for everyone else. For instance, in my school, I learned absolutly nothing about latin in an hour and five minutes latin class, as the class succeded in derailing the teacher's train of thought completly. I enjoy learning, what I dislike is learning at an excruciatingly slow pace and being assigned page upon page of busywork, and dealing with irritating math teachers, the kind who don't let you skip algebriac steps that any three year old could do in their head. I hate school because nothing is fair there (grades, teachers, ranks, GPA, students, etc). And most of all, because of the enormous amount of workload we get, especially from AP classes.

I hate school because of my parents.

2. Bullies (Don't got 1 for me in my whole life time )
3. Teachers
4. Students
5. Uniform
6. Suspension (Well, possibilities you will get grounded or not at home)
7. Parents choosing the School, not the kids.
8. You might have to re-learn some stuff, High School still has some Middle School Stuff you learned.
9. Seven Periods
10. Summer School
11. Being in School of Half of your time during Daytime.
12. Pay for Nasty Food (Well usually)
13. No Outside Food (sometimes)
14. Field Trips (sometimes fun, sometimes sleepover and get bored.)
15. Teachers always say stay away from friends.
16. During Lunch Time, you play the same thing over and over again everyday.
17. 13 Years of School (or 14 to include Pre-School)
18. Do atleast one bad thing, you get in trouble
19. Night School
20. Usually the Best Schools have harder work.
21. Usually the dumber Schools have easier work.
22. Very Boring
23. Letting Boys go in Girls' Restroom and vise versa.
24. Subsitutes
25. Sometimes theres NO Free Dress when your school has uniform.
26. Having a crush on somebody and get caught from a Teacher or Staff. (Probably)
27. Research (Very Dumb idea when it was already discovered)
28. Math, Science, Art/Music, P.E, Social Studies and Language Arts
29. When finished, wait for the rest to be done.
30. The First Day of School, when you thought it was exciting then you realised it was :poo:
31. Get Late when it's Traffic or the Bus' fault.
32. Get a absense on some previous Periods.
33. Get humilated sometimes (Glasses, Clothings, etc.)
34. Teachers/Staff that Smokes
35. The Food Pyramid
36. Teachers get Serious when you have a bad Grade. (I think the more the A's, the more money they get... greedy blamsterds)
37. Materials you need to bring to school
38. Using Medical Drugs during at School
39. Your hand gets tired out from all the writing.
40. Pre-Tests and Tests
41. Teacher Calls a Student (can be you) who probably doesn't know the answer that has to answer.
42. At restrooms, when trying to poo/pee at the fat toilet, idiots tries to look under or over the walls.
43. Staying After School (Waste of time)
44. Miss the bus
45. ROTC/Sports.
46. Clubs
47. School Rules (The Rules and probably about the 'School Rule' thing)
