right now in Ontario it's around .90$ to the gallon, I invented a car that runs on its self but I'm too young/lazy to build it.

How are you getting it that cheap? Windsor and where I live probably sell at the same pice. And the highest I saw was $1.27 per litter. The average is about $1.24

I bought my gas at the beginning of the week at 2.46 or something like that. The lowest grade is now at three bucks, and its only going to continue to raise.

Yeah, it's close to $3 here in Los Angeles.

It's over a dollar a litre in Windsor.

I really think the price raise is a good thing. People need to stop pumping pollutants into the Earth's atmosphere.

We just went to a gas station, it's now $1.30+ a litre.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Kow on 2005-09-04 at 00:54:59
3.50 USD + per gallon. Ouch.

And the people truly worried about gas prices are the ones who cant afford the fuel efficient, hybrid or purely non-gas fuel sourced cars.

Edit: I've seen 5.50 though

I believe we have feet for a reason... To press the gas pedal!
More people should use public transportation... Or walk... Or bike... Or hitch...

Hitch hiking is fun!
I'm just glad the NYC subway fare isn't going up to 4$ a ride or something.

EDIT: We Americans shouldn't complain. The government pays for most of our gas money through subsides to oil companies.
Yes I know it comes out of our pocket in the end. But look on the bright side, that crazy nuclearrabbit guy down the street still helps pay for your gas even though he doesn't drive a hummer like you do smile.gif
Seriously, if you try to drive one of those cars you see on American TV in europe while on vacation you'd go bankrupt. This is because in europe, the people who use the gas pay for it. In America the burden is distributed equally, giving us the best American right of them all, the right to feel big by driving a car far bigger then you need.

God bless America

Umm, the big cars cost more on account of they're hugeness.
I don't care how poor you are. If your going to get a car, get a hybrid. It will save you money much more money then the difference between a small car, and a small hybrid car.

Why aren't we drilling in Alaska? There's plenty of oil there. We need to stop importing oil and mine it on our own soil!

Although hybrids may be getting cheaper, they're still not cheap enough for people who literally cant afford gas.

Its really gonna suck for you when you find out what's powering the electricty to your computer. Better start building some windmills or digging for uranium, Hamma, because there isn't enough for all of us.

I was watching C-Span2 last night, and Congress is thinking about passing some bills to reduce the price. One senator is even going to introduce a bill that gives Rebates to the consumer.

If congress would quit being lazy, and would pull their head out of their ass, we wouldn't have any problems!

Twas a mistake for them to just pass EVERYTHING that Bush asked to be passed.

Hopefully they realize this now.......
