Dip them in acid. Hook them up in life support, then boil theyre nerve endings on theyre skin. Then, using torture knives, keep them alive while you slowly cut open they're melting skin. Then, using a large vise, slowly crush theyre internal organs.

Give them something too make them a bit tired.
Have them stand in an empty room.
If they start to fall asleep, make a sudden loud noise.
If that doesnt do anything, start poking pins in them.
Do this for a few days...
Its the best I can come up with when im like half asleep...

Or alot more when Siafu attack people at night. They rip open holes in you and just start pulling little pieces out of you.

And if u really are serious about doing it, i advise nothing to do with lots of water..
They can drown themselves to escape any pain, so u have to make death not an option.
A few painful tortures to add to my list:
Get a spike and shove it under the chin upwards, but not far enough to reach the brain.
Cut the vocal cords to give extra feeling of dread.
Using a sword or something, make a slice across the victim.
Then, while the person can still feel his/her organs spilling out or something..
Get a wolf to eat the organs.. make sure the victim can see it.
(lousy effort, but better then what some people are saying).

Ok, how bout this. It really did happen in vietnam.
Guy got tied to a thing by his arms. A person broke EVERY knuckle in his feet and hands, ripped out all his nails, cut off his eyelids, and left him there for some amount of time. Then they cut off his pen fifteen and let him run.
I think there was a little more, but I'll have to check.

They also removed limbs ect and sometimes replaced it with another persons or an animals to see what would happen.
And they used needles in many place, along with beatings with a rubber stick (If you don't know, this rips the skin off).

uh yea cutting the heal is better. Bcuz they can attempt to try to walk, and everytime you lift the leg the heel will flap down causing much pain, then when you apply pressure, it flaps back up causing EXTREME pain. Cutting off the leg makes you go into shock and your whole leg to go numb, while the heel you can still feel for a period of time.
