I like Rantents 3 bound idea when you beat each bound you get a code and when you beat 2 you get another 1 and theres differnt codes for every combination of bounds possible to beat that would only be 6 triggers to do it like that and it would be a pretty cool concept I think.

That beacon system would be a pretty cool way I think im gonna try to do this Saveable bound idea even tho it will probally be a waist of time I got no other projects to do currently

That would be a great idea and all but you must count on a lot of time to be put into adding this trigger and making everything the same as it was before saved and quit. cool1.gif

Theres no way im gonna make it exact im just gonna do Lives and bound number

Heres my idea

After every 5 levels you will get a Code with a searies of 1's and 0's that you have to write down than when you die or whatever you start the game and go to the load area and put the correct 1's and 0's on the beacons

1's = Marines
0's = Ghosts

Example 10110 or 01100

Or something like that

If someone is gonna be that big of a censored.gif to do that they can just have the passward and chances are they will get the wrong code and screw themself cause ima have it so once you put in a code they will disapear maybe

I might be a little late to post my opinion but the saveable bound or defence could be made. You would just have to make sure that if you have multiple players in the game that when you load the game that all the players are in the correct spots and the same exact people. Doing in on single player is the easiest way i would think.

You could just have each player upload there own spot or you could just have it so player 1 puts his in and if someone has a better one there could tell him and when they put that in all players go there

Ill probally put it so if you put in the wrong code 2 times you cant put any more codes in

btw i dont see how this is possible.. how would you know the exact def looks like and stuff.. and how much life you have.. thoes arent just possible...

i mean even if it was possible the number of triggers will not worth it... just make map better then just trying to save it.. and if you need exact same amount of ppl and etc. why dont you just use the normal save button sc gives you tongue.gif

Yeah the Def is impossable but for the bound you wont need the exact people because the game will only place the right amount of players and other players cannot be created so it would work and for a 4 difficulty 5 level bound it would only be 20 triggers to have a functional save mode not each level but each difficulty or a 30 level bound with checkpoints every 2 levels and 5 lives would be 30 triggers I think to have it fully functional

then just create a password game and have the people reenter

This way should work
I've saved the game like that before in multiplayer, the game started with all the men i had when i saved it, all the upgrades, etc. although it was melee.
