-Sometimes I when I lie in bed, my entire body tightens, and I mutter to myself 'No' or 'Don't do it', though I ask myself what not to do, and get no reply

It's this one that bothers me the most. It's disturbing when you're about to fall asleep and you suddenly feel like you've just been thrown into World War II with so many voices whisper, whimpering, and moaning 'No', 'Don't do it', or 'Please don't'.

When did I say I was going to kill myself? I subconsciously can't pinch.gif
Anywho, my diet consists of Red Bull, Diet Coke, Pizza, Tuna, Pot Pies, and Hot Pockets. Yep, that's the entire thing.

-Usually, when walking amonst the crowds of my school, I must stop myself from punching a random person; I feel the extreme need to fight for no apparent reason
That definetly applies to me lol I have the urge to just bash some f*** upside their head. Anyhow I heard this thing on Comedy Central once this guy was singing a song that went something like "When you're down and alone, you've got a friend in porn! When nobody is there for you, you've got a friend in porn!" smile.gif. To be more serious though I think the twitching before bed is more of a jerkiness that can happen right before drifting to sleep, I believe it's called something like REM sleep, I've never heard muttering before, but that could be side affect of something your brain is subconsciously thinking, perhaps too much StarCraft?? The way you described it I actually think that could be it. I actually went through this when I was about ten or eleven I believe... I was really sad because my dog had puppies and like four of them died sad.gif . I'm not trying to be unsimpathetic or anything, but I think the best thing is to just try to eat more, and bear it. Talking to people really helps, although even like on SEN I would constitute as talking. It's not as uncomfortable and there are some people with good opinions and more than likely the majority of the people on here are smarter than the majority of people you'll run into in places like school.

ADDITION:
Also I believe this would qualify as Serious Discussion happy.gif .

I'm positive you can get a disorder with it. Help your way through highschool and college. I mean, I don't even have a disorder but I lie about it so I get the same benefits as having one. I just lied to the psychiatrist, made him think I was a social out cast with daddy issues. My friend did a similar thing, just his was half true. He just exaggerated the hell out of it. And bam, we both got "mental disorders". I know I'm "emotionally handicapped" but I forgot what he is. Anyways, do what we did, seriously.

I try to stay away from those things.
Like, I have ADHD, and I was given the choice to have many special things such as using an "AlphaSmart" or having a laptop in class.... or being able to disrupt the class without a penalty or whatever.
I don't think people want that stuff when they hire somebody for a job.

I don't know about your state, but over here in florida, I got 2 summers jobs with it as a paid intern. You see, not only was I an intern, I also got paid $6.50, AND the boss got paid too. (I believe he got paid about $6.50 an hour as well) So he was really nice to me, he let me slack off a lot. Looking back, I should've asked for a raise.

Mayhem could you go into more detail as to how I am a stressful person and too angry? I don't see how that is indicated except perhaps in the thing about bashing some f*** upside the head. I think that isn't really an indication of stress and anger, seeing as I was joking. Perhaps you should try to learn to identify the difference between a joke and a serious comment. Usually in my serious comments I don't use swear words. So I wouldn't call them a f*** if I was serious, I'd just say I wanted to bash that person in the head. Back to the actual topic, I think physical activity of any form will help you.. There was a study that proved active people have less stress because of some chemical or something produced during activity that reduces stress. It can be anything, hell sometimes I scrap with my friends just to get some activity. Do anything, if you play a sport practice it a lot, sometimes practice so hard you puke smile.gif, I did that Monday, it's kind of satisfying actually.. Also eating junk food may taste good, but it rarely helps you. Occassionally it's okay, but when it becomes your main diet there is a problem. Try like eating celery tongue.gif I know it's gross, but with Ranch it tastes edible... I think the main thing to do is just talk to us on here though, most of us are serious about problems and would like to help.. I know that I like to help people with problems. Also I don't know you might want to get some like freetime in school by getting psychologists to think it's a disorder. I am pretty neutral to that, I probably would try to get away with it though, it basically makes everyone go slack on you, sounds like a good deal to me. All my teachers are hard asses, even if I did have a disorder they would tell me to shut the f*** up and deal with it. Stupid ass teachers.. I hope you take our advice and start to feel better. At least try like some of these things.

And I'm extremely lazy. Thusfar, I have done no homework at all, with the expction of big projects. People think I'm stupid until I ace all the tests and slug through the semester with C's.

Which is what's happening for the four year in a row. sad.gif
