me, im personally not involved with ne of that
see, i got my talent in music and staredit. and im told all the time that i need a life but i got a better one then the person telling me that. you know what i mean? i hate those people that do the pouplar things so people will think they are cool.

Most people are after instant gratification. One inhale and you're happy. One press of a button and you're winning a game. Im generalizing, but you get what I'm saying. It often really (I mean really, really) pays to stick to a specific area or two and develop yourself very strongly in them. The potential for longterm, self sustained happiness in life is so much better.

I had a friend who about a week ago quit Starcraft to "get a life", and he came back five days later, because he was bored. 
I think me sitting on a computer the whole weekend is better than what my school does, drugs, alcohol and all that. There was an accusation at our school of some people who got drunk and one of the girls that got drunk claimed she had been raped by two guys, and these guys had full scholarships to college with Football, and she made them loose the scholarships, but after an investigation, they got their scholarships back and no charges were filed.
The girl then got boo'd off the stage at Graduation.

Yeah, people are dumb.
My brother goes like " ALL U DO IS UZE DA COMPUTER" It really pisses me off when all he does is watch tv and play madden 06 and says that to me, as if what I am doing is less social or "not as cool"

I've payed since 2000 but on and off. It does get boring but in a couple of months you can come back to it and play it again.
