From Whayt I hear Communism Susspose to be bad...It Was AMde so everyone would become equal so no one wouold be poor or RIch. I Mean Its Great Idea But It WIll Never work. A Union Is Also like Communism Every oen gets paided the same even if some works there Ass off. And another person just Doing minuim they Still get paid the Same. And Commuism Is consider a type of Goverment because It Was Made For The Well Being Of People.. Liek Democracy ETC..

Yea thats a disadvantage. It really deppends in my opinon. Even though if u get paid the same like no one else that may be bad if you look it that way. But if each worker work harder and better they all get an increase of pay. Then if you do realize, you have just contributed to the people who surround you and they also contributed to you. Then if you continuing working harder and aswell as the people how much you get paid will also increase again, it would be slowly but steadily.

But the thing about communism really bad is that the lack of Variety . Everything you buy, from toys-food is from the Goverment. People would have to buy music from the same band, the same, toys,
the same food, the same clothing as well. so it would be really boring since people who have to assign jobs and they won't be able to make their own products and sell them since Communism wants to control whatever they can in their country.

... i'm guessing your young.. But it's a real easy question because that is the technique specific governments use to control there country. Instead of being considered a dictator they choose that instead.
