I think it is sometimes divided, most younger members don't care about SEN as much, so sometimes those who were here longer and the younger ones conflict. The ones who were here longer usually win.

Yeah there's descrimination between some people. The more serious important members seem to reign supreme in some threads. Like me or someone like me, most of my posts back in 04 consisted of

There are some people like that, so it's not so much between old people as it is against staff, it just so happens all the staff (Most of staff) is from 2004 era.
