Nerds are cool, but not if they're obsessed over what they're a nerd in and have that be the only thing they ever talk about with other people. It's so annoying when many of my asian nerd friends would ALWAYS talk about school and grades and all that, even when it's summer!!

It all depends on the persons definition of 'nerd'. For example it could mean a bookworm, or it could be a vidio game nerd.

In the case of 'vidio game nerd' I would say yes. In the case of bookworm, I don't have a problem with them, but I leave them alone.

I read enough books.
I play guitar ( acoustic if you ask me )
yeah whats wrong about talking about school? I talk about my school all the time.
( how i could have mayhem in school that is )
i have friends, and i dont really like science and etc... really.
but i do game alot. well. all of you who are on SEN is a nerd. including me. so why post this thing?

Nerds sometime become online bullies because they cannot do anything good physically. Like they talk to people about being newbs and start teasing them etc. Some nerds have good sportsmanship and they are quite decent. Some are really annoying.

I can't say no, and i can't say yes. See i know a lot of smart people and i don't want to call them nerds. I also know a lot of nerds who smell, have low higeen and that pisses me off.. I hate people who stink. I can't help it. SO i will will So-So.

yes this is how nerd girls act.. and notice that they will ask questions about useless details..

some more examples.. (they are all true and most of em are from exams.. u know when u try to think on what u r doing and they just keep asking these questions.. this is annoying..)

(note: i heard this one like 20 times ++)

Girl: Do we have to write our name at top left or at top right of the sheet?

Girl: I can't read this word

(note: wow they are so noob!.. and often when someone say that.. the teacher stops everyone in the class to tell everyone what is that word that you saw and understood about 10 minutes ago)

Girl: We didn't see this in class, we shouldnt answer this question

(note: while she knows the answer.. she justs want to tell how smart or w/e she is..)

nerd boys has social problems..
nerd girls are just annoying..

There are many things people use to define a "nerd". Everyone has some of these definitions that apply to them; everyone is a nerd. Just some are more "nerdy" nerds who do more nerdy things, they are the ones people usually call a "nerd".

True, it does depend on your definition of nerd, some would consider smart people nerds, if so then I would be a nerd, others may consider it someone in front of a computer for their whole life, then I wouldn't be one.

It of course depends on the point of view, as well. A stupid person might think anyone smarter then him is a nerd to save himself the trouble of saying that he has below normal intelligence
