Well actually it wont run at all even with a wait. Just add a set to 0 at the end of each action.

Just give him a reaver somewhere, anywhere, doesn't matter, make it so jhe can build scarebs for free, and in the triggers you want it so he has to press the button to enter, just ass must command at least 1 scareb to the condition, and remove 1 scareb in the action.. that way he can just buy a bunch of scarebs if he wants to automatically enter and exit buildings for a while..

i think taht a TANK is the best idea.
allso you can try to have a nexus somewhere & build a probe (alltho nexus requires more space compared to the tank
