I used to believe/think about that kind of thing when I was like 10. My friend once tricked me into thinking I could read minds… (I don't know if he intended on tricking me into it, he may just have had that simple of a mind tongue.gif) so I started trying to do more things. All I ended up doing was illusions where my hand would "disappear". Blindspot, FTW!

Once again, pseudo-science relying on an often quoted urban myth, that we don't use all of our brain. Wrong. We use all of our brain, there are no "untapped regions", otherwise we would be unable to perform complex tasks at all. It is true that not all the electrons in your brain are firing at once, but having them all fire at once would give you a seizure. Smart people use less electrons to complicated tasks, because they don't need to do as many steps.

Or maybe it's that ki/chi is a mental state, nothing like shooting energy balls, flying, or making forcefields.

So someone who can get Karate chopped in the adams apple, and survives, it's a mental state? Okay. Cool. To bad it was Ki/Chi training. You learn it when you take Martial Arts.

So basically, we are close minded because we found the psychic stuff silly?

Yeah. Basically.

Ki / Chi = Spiritual energy and other stuff like that.

Training Ki / Chi is stuff like meditation, yoga, etc. So God help me on why think Ki / Chi will help you survive a karate chop to the throat.

Apparently you don't know jack about how you can manifest Chi/Ki into a single point, to strengthen your body.

Wow, you obviously don't get the point of meditation or yoga.

Meditation is to clear the mind, and "enlighten" yourself.

Yoga is a body workout, to make yourself more flexable.

Completely different stuff than Ki/Chi training.

Except you missed the part where people channel their energy. People find their inner chi, or in lamer terms, their equilibrium (state of balance). Both of those excercises do that.

Ah... I can fly!
*Centreri flies*
I can throw psionic energy spheres and create force fields!
*Centreri tries*
Nope.

Who has the time to write this stuff, seriously. Kellimus, I kind of doubt that a regular person trained in ki/chi can survive a karate chop at the adam's apple. There are some people who can get used to it when they are trained since childhood by being hit on the adam's apple, but those are ridiculously few wink.gif.

at one moment, a normal person can't get more than 1% of his brain working. imagine what we could do if we got atleast 10% working...

to those people who think it's stupid: Einstein told that black holes exist & it was a scientifical boom, allthow he didn't see one & nobody did. some time passed...& they saw one, prooving that Einstein was right. so you gotto see something to belive that it exists ?

i personally took part in a spiritual "summon" 2 times. how can you proove that a plate is mooving on the table all by itself ? some unknown power must moove it.

Ridley's Believe It Or Not. They go day by day, showing their training.

2. Logic

Okay, you live in a practical world, it's only natural to try to reason things. Don't bother. Set practicality aside, and when you achieve TK you will then see how silly the concept of logic is altogether. It will all make sense when you get there.
