i really believe that they are, because if half as many 12 year old kids on Halo 2 have had sex with my mom as they say they have, then thats like 300 kids that are having sex with just my mom 
but to be completely serious, yes because all these kids are geting STDs and are handicapping themselves so that they can never have kids later on, which means that all the kids going untested for STDs are passing them on with every partner that they have

Naw, the world is setting a bad examples on little kids. There are wars, $ex, and drugs all around the world and little kids see things and they want to do them.

I think that the sex itself is not the problem. Sex is the first step of reproduction. The problem lies in the way scociety views sex, along with the various forms of STDs that are now going around. As far as pregnancy goes we have abortions for a reason (although that falls under my "having technology but not having the brains to use it). The STDs are just a way of cleaning out the gene pool, if you don't know the person well enough......... your fault, the world's overpopulated, we won't miss you. However that doesn't really answer the question. I think that people are mature enough to have sex as soon as their bodies are ready. The real question in my opinion is are they mature enough to deal with the consequences. So no. Kids are however getting STDs and pregnant too early in their lives, get rid of those two and you eliminate the problem.
