It is possible. Ever heard of people who can tell something exactly before it happens? Coincidence? Yeah, sure. Coincidence if they do it one time. But multiple times? Highly unlikely.

Protruding Chi/Ki from your body like that is impossible. But harnessing it into a single point is in fact, not (Between your hands for example) You will not be able to see it, because it's an "Unseen Force" like Gravity is. Chi/Ki is the body's "spiritual energy". You could say that our electrical currents could be Chi/Ki, who knows. It's possible to do what that guy did in that picture, but you WILL NOT see the "energy". In Martial Arts they teach you Chi/Ki techniques to help defend your body from super harm. Ever wondered how those guys can bust cement bricks with their hands or feet? There is your Chi/Ki techniques. The reason they breath like that before they do it, is to help concentrate the Chi/Ki into their fist/foot. The scream they let out, is to give them a visual of the Chi/Ki "screaming" out of their hand, to the bottom of the last brick. Chi cannot fly through the air like DBZ and all that, but can be transfered through objects. If that happens, it then is called Jing.
How do you think Masters of a Martial Art can take such heavy beatings, and can shatter bones with punches? They have learned how to master Chi/Ki and Jing.

Your example has nothing to do with ESP at all, so why even try to use that argument? If you're going to debunk something, provide proof against it, instead of naming off other laws of the universe.

Ever seen someone have a massive amount of pain inflicted to them, but not even cringe? They most likely have the idea that "Pain is an illusion, it is not real". They tell their mind this; Thus, they have no sense of pain because it's an "illusion" to them.
The only way Mind Over Matter works, is if you TRUELY believe the thing you are telling your mind (That's why God "exists" to some people, and doesn't to others)
The human mind is a powerful tool. ANYTHING is possible with it if you can "trick" it into believing it. Ever known you were going to fail a test, but truely believed you wouldn't, and you in fact pass? Mind Over Matter.

well actulley, that is a certin way you swing your arm in the air. it does take concentration though.

I think it would be unwise to rule out odd effects produced by the brain. We still don't know what a lot of it is for, and evidence apparently suggests that the brain is evolving independently of humans.
