I found an AVI screen recorder once. It wasnt very great quality program, but it was free and it didnt have any watermarks. It just recorded w/e you see on your screen and turns it into an AVI. Im not sure it recorded audio though... I dont remember what the program was called, but try looking for something like AVI recorder.
