ARGHGHGHGHGHGH THIS SITE IS BEING HACKED!!! IF I CLICK ON BATTLEKRUSER'S POST QUOTE BUTTON IT QUOTES DK'S POST O.O
Anyway, battlekruser: 1st: clokr's future editor will be c++ based (much faster) 2nd: Use On Error script is for noobs that doesn't know how to remove the error from a program, also it helps making the program undepurable and hard to fix the biggest bugs.

This has been said alot I bet (but i didn't read all thread) but Starforge DOESN"T SUCK, it may have it's problems but I prefer to do everything in starforge; including triggers.
Just wish Isometric terrain worked a little better.....

I don't have that problem, but there is one thing that really SUCKS in starforge! If your gonna make a map with triggers, don't even try, it is murder trying to figure out how to use the trigger thingy, and i screwed up my great map trying to use it. But keep trying to figure out how to use it on my great map was my fault! Your not missing anything cause it is a trying to use triggers!!!

LoL bolt! Dude.. was that about your clan again?
Dude.. you've already mentioned how starforge sux in 4 topics LoL (and also mentioned your clan). Starforge is just great and i don't want to explain the whole again. Glad you censored that obscene word in your post. If you went and see the topic in your introducing yourself... the first word i saw was "s**t". Hmm i think bolt is going to edit this reply.. since he edited both of the previous replies. Sigh.
Note: This isn't a forum for you to spam about your clan or flame about some editor you don't like. (probably not the flaming) Do that in another forum.

Its already as simple as it can get: SCXE for the basics, and once you got that down and made a backup copy of your map, move onto Starforge for the more advanced editing of the map. Dunno why we even have to compare and contrast two different editors with the same purpose.

I don't see why people hate SF, you can type out the triggers quickly, granted that you are a fast typer, and it allows you to copy more then one action/condition at a time which is very useful in my opinion.

Why does eveeryone love StarForge so much WOW I CAN CHANGE COLORS SO AWESOME I could just do the triggers on SCXE and locations (at times) and do colors and useless doodads on SF

Well it would be nice for it not to crash when you encounter bugs.

What? You can just double-click to auto-fill.... It will auto find what you want after a few letters --- making things much easier to find. The only bug in the trigger system was its issue with score leaderboards.

I don't think anyone has mentioned autocomplete...
Try this: Make a new trigger, and put the cursor in the actions box. Type the following text exactly: cr(1,mar,a,p1);
And voila! You'll get CreateUnit(1,Marine,Anywhere,P1);
For more info see the StarForge help file. What, you haven't read it already?
