Ive been thinking of putting together a MOD package that has all the Mod programs you need and all the files you need to run them. The only thing that has been preventing me from finishing it, is including a help text file. This would basicly say what each program can do and how to do the basics like save open and maby some edit instructions. Im gonna start a forum about this topic so if you wanna help please do.

I don't think that would be a great idea, since the file would be quite big, and modding programs are still updated (DatEdit, for example).
Unless it includes all useful modding programs, it's useless, and if it does, it's a huge download that can quickly become outdated and still is useless since almost no one use all tools. There is pizuscag's modding compilation in the DL-section, but it's a dumb package really, due to the reasons stated above.
