If you're doing the dodge system with trigger damage, it's pretty damn similar to my map. I also use unload from bunker to fire weapons. blink.gif I used gas for hp, constantly setting a percentage.

Just have to wait for yoshi to approve my submission...hopefully within a week. ermm.gif You can see what I mean then...

I don't see why you can't just use JUST the scoreboard for HP, please enlighten me.

I'm finding a way to make a dodge without special units, just normal, without trees,
and also if i make the HP only a scoreboard then i should make the battles turn based, something with taking turns, using items, etc. poision i will just subtract 1 from virtual Hp every second or 5, confused i wll make the unit go junkyard dog for a certain amount of time, not crazy confuse tricks like preserve very fast,
also making a trailer doesn't distract me from the real map, i can make lots of maps at the same time and get them done on scedule, but i don't think i'll continue on my Trailer cause it blows, and they are boring to make, SelfPossesed, tell me if you're enlightened, i will use the Gas for the amount of missiles you currently have, the Minerals for the current amount total of Energy powerups, also i will use 4 units for bombs, 3 for how many bombs can be used, normally you can't go crazy with bombs, so i will make it respawn a bomb unit for creating a bomb, and 1 unit for the actuall bomb. more to come... wink.gif

not to be a mean person but i dont think making games about the new games is right cuz you shud just play the regular one we shud be making
differnt types of maps not ones that are about things that already exist

lol i'm not giving up this project just because it will be a reall game, the real game inspired me to make a sc Rpg os it, so i won't give it up.

It's much easier to make maps with an existing boundaries that someone ELSE made, rather than making a new original concept of your own. If you make something like resident evil, you know what your characters are gonna be, what items to make, etc... but if you make a totally new story, you have to decide whats good and bad which is a lot more difficult...

If you don't want to make maps based on things others have made, go make your own. I made Grab Yellow, it's pretty original I'd say.

Back on topic... I have never seen a metroid map on SC... hope this goes well.

I have 2 songs that I can turn to wavs, if you want them just ask.

Yea, I will be using 3 of the Hero Ghosts for the suits:

- Power Suit ( Alexei Stukov )
- Varia Suit ( Sarah Kerrigan)
- Gravity Suit ( Samir Duran (Terran) )

And the suits will have a certain ammount of Defense and Speed (Dodge) Percentage.
There will be 4 Main Weapons:

- Power beam
- Wave Beam
- Ice beam
- Plasma Beam

And there will be 2 dimension based beams:

- Light Beam (Ultimate Light Dimension Beam)
- Dark Beam (Ultimate Dark Dimension Beam)

NOTE: You can upgrade the dimensions beam damage after you have obtained it.

The battle system will be Turn Based and will be used by 100% Vitual HP

NOTE: You can upgrade HP, Defense, Attack, etc.

There will be items which will also have levels, Samus will not have levels, but will gain a random ammount of money for each kill (depending on unit which is killed)

There will be spells(added for fun) like paralyzing the foe or making you teleport, etc. i think i'll make the spells set by building a unit from a gateway, baracks, etc.

and item will be Dropship based...
