ok, i havnt seen your latest one, i could definatly help you with the stats..
such as for the rocket launcher, the dragoon would be an ok unit for it,
dragoons do 50% damage to small units such as marines, so make it so the dragoon kills the infantry in 2-3 shots but the vehicles in 2, seems about right?
if not, dont bother with the rocket launcher unless your willing to make the rocket a scourge and put in some serious trigger work, well not serious trigger work, but trigger work nonetheless.
I dont have aim, im not on sen all that much, but i check on every other day or so, im a freshmen at highschool,

2nd day and already homework.

...?
for switching weapons:
reserve an isolated spot for weapons switching, scatter the weapons around the map, where they would be on the xbox, have a location follow the players spartan, the spartan will have a default weapon, and its usually a plasma pistol, but in some cases an assault rifle, so if that player is using the plasma pistol and he walks up to the warthog, have a wait of about 30 milsec, something like that, and move the plasma pistol to that isloated spot in the map, and give control of the warthog to that player.
I hope that isnt confusing, it mihgt confuse me, if i didnt just try to explain it.
as far as me helping you with the stats... i could try aim, but i wont be on very often, and i rarely check my e-mail, about every other YEAR...! thats alil long huh?
hmm
maybe i could start up my xbox and see how much times 1 second bursts it would take me to kill anohter player aiming at the torso at about mid-short range?...
bleh! im too lazy, you could try it yourself, i might go do it, but not right now.
it sounds like your map is coming along pretty well, i think youve done well with all the critizism, and all that so far, as far as custom terrain, just go in starforge or scmdraft and mess around with it for a while, the ramps are good to get warmped up with( in all terrains! ), and after the ramps, youll get used to the actual terrain cliffs, and outpost walls etc etc.
mess around wiht putting the doodads in with the palette, making the doodads bigger or smaller, ie, if its a cave, maybe you could make the cave wider or narrower...
catch my drift?
custom terrain isnt easy, have patience withyourself on that, and i think you can pull it off.
***EDIT***
I just went to the bungie site and got their maps for blood gluch, it will help you alot, you'll probably need to increase your mapsize now, lol
