Even if Dragoons did full damage five of them still wouldn't beat 20 Lings. tongue.gif

Erm..... why wouldn't they... Lol. It would be even worst for the Lings. % goons owning 40 zerglings. Heh.

I would like to see that one. It would be hard to make...

Because, the Dragoons will be attacking a maximum of 5 Zerglings at once, when they are attacked 20 times at once by the Zerglings since they are very small and therefore would be able to all attack at once. Plus, Zerglings are cheap, and they come in batches of 2. This leads to really fast unit production, and they in the long term should own the Dragoons.

Of course, if the Protoss player switches to Reavers, the Zergling are screwed. Unless the Zerg player attacks with Ultralisks and use them as meatshields. And...uh...yeah.

For the list of what this topic is actually for:

-You think about StarCraft so much you can't spell "Knowing" correctly. :/
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 17:31:44
Yeah, we kinda got a bit off topic. :signoffh:

And I didn't get the last one.

Anyways:

- You go into a store and ask for a Gauss Rifle
- You try to join a political group that was formed 200+ years in the future
- You try to warp in Photon Cannons as a security device in your house.

- You draw Templars and Marines in your art class (I REALLY did it... lol)
- You have SC songs in your favorite WINAMP tracks
- You bought StarCraft : Brood War (wasn't even mentionned xD)
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 17:41:44
You know, buying BroodWars doesn't really make you addicted. I never actually play vanilla SC (except the campaigns). I got the Battle Chest though, so that migh not count

Some more?

- You read the books
- You have 50+ mods and campaigns on your computer
- You have 5+ well used B.Net accounts
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Staredit.Net Essence on 2003-12-04 at 17:45:53
- You read twice both the battle guides included in the battle chest when you had to spend 7 hours in a car
- You dream of SC (im a zealot! Or Im a carrier!)
- You will buy SC:Ghost without even testing it first since SC is so good and you just can't put in your head that a game about the same thing wouldn't be the same case (some people really are crazy 'y know...)

- You think that Saddam Hussein simply floated his CC away when the US came
- You think that the giant ball in the sky will irradate you, so you try to Lockdown it.
- You have SC posters in your room
- All your bookmarks are related to SC.

:looks around:

- In the past 4 years, 65% of all visited websites were SC-related sites
- You wonder if Ursadons (typo; ice critters) are a key-evolution creature in bear's history
- You ask your Physics/chimestry (typo xD) teachers how you could build nuclear-type weapons that could be used for precise targets.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 18:08:16

Just take some Uranium-235 and smash it with a Neutron and that splits into some stuff and three more Neutrons which hit more of the Uranium-235s and they split into more and more and... :UBEREVIL:

That gives a megaton Nuke wink.gif

WE WANT A SMALL-EFFECT NUKE without radiations!!!! =D
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 21:38:28
You know, what would happen if the area that a nuke hits in Starcraft become Irradited for a short period of time (as long as the ones cast by Science Vessels)? Wouldn't that make the game more interesting?
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Mini Moose 2707 on 2003-12-04 at 21:49:51
If it took place that far in the future they should be using hydrogren bombs anyway. Fusion > fission.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 22:25:19
Well, there is the radiation from the fission bomb that can be quite deadly and horrible.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by dashrike on 2003-12-04 at 23:02:58
Radiation is bad. The game is also much better when the nukes aren't ultimately powerful...
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-04 at 23:59:01
True. I'd imagine that the nuke would be priced even more so and take a longer time, which then nobody would use it.

- You get into pointless debates on how they should have programmed StarCraft differently
- Your ultimate dream is to get a copy of the StarCraft source code.

Pfft... just decompile it
Report, edit, etc...Posted by SpaceBoy2000 on 2003-12-05 at 12:59:10
Technically, when you decompile it, you get a bunch of ASM coding. And that doesn't really help.
