im sorry bolt i was messing around with the time continueum and all that trying to figure out wormholes and i forgot what time i was in and it just got all screwy. I tried to do that thing that you talking about, making a giant custom brush and it didnt work it gave me some stupid error like 43 im not sure and i am too busy right now to check, o i was using Starforge 2.1

ok, I don't know if this will work, because I have never bothered to fix a map like this (I do my best to avoid this happening). You might be able to fix your map using isomedit, but the program might not work, even with it's required files. I have attached the files needed for isomedit, and I have attached isomedit. Hopefully you can get your map to work.

Isom comes with a readme that has the numbers for certain tilesets so I think you might be able to set it back.
