It crashed for me to...I dont think high templars will work since they are already cloaked.

3. There are no check boxes that do triggers for you in Starforge. Also even if it doesn't "show the triggering", it won't do jack censored.gif in Starcraft.

It used to... I think I'll have to start exparimenting again. I think since the patch it doesn't work, possibly the change to patch floating templars? I'll look into it though.

The condition needs to be always and the player should be a computer player without other triggers that include waits. And you need at least 3 copies of the trigger.

To make a unit a different coler use starforge. Go to unit and here settings. Then select the units and go to health. Their should be a small rectangle then a larger rectangle to the right of it. Try thes numbers 4 in the small the 3 in the larger. Or try any numbers u want. Expirement. Just make sure the smaller rectangle has a larger number than the large rectangle. I hope this answers your question and i hope no one else answerd it...

ok lets say i want player 8 (computer) to run Junk Yard dog how do i use hyper triggers for it?

Anyway, you can cloak some buildings by disabling them, but not all of them.  I think shadowbrood made a map that showed which ones would work and which ones would crash.

wow that doesnt answer my question but ok...my map does not run junkyard dog when i tell it to the units just stand there how come i have all the triggers right i think

Hopefully it's not too long before MAC SCMDraft 2 arrives, then you shouldn't have a problem.
