Maybe the one can turn "invincible" for a short period of time to emulate Neo stopping the bullets. Maybe to prevent overuse of abilities, you implement some kind of mana system.

They'll run away then.

Maybe have a time when the health is instantly restored for a short period of time.

Move the current one to some area secluded from everything, then have an auto-healing to 100% one in battle. When it runs out, remove the heal one and put the old one back in.

Yah but for healing using minerals is easier

I have a thought that a lot of people's money is going to be spent on potions etc...

They'll run away then.

Maybe substitute a hero ling that has 0 hp that CAN be attacked, but can't die.

Actually, We can have normal unit "regenerate" health by using triggers. So with that in mind, why not have the one use his mana to regenerate his health faster? And maybe units around him too (a.k.a. like Trinity)

Idea! Kinda like revelades.

-Make a 2 "the One" (( 2 zerglings ))
-Go into SCMDraft
-Set regular or hero The Ones hp to a negative number (( either works ))

The One should be attackable but invinceable
(( I havnt tried but Im guessing. ))

Hmm, can you do that in triggers? Or it doesn't work. Because that would solve that ability, since having units switch is cumbersome. Plus, the HP won't be the same, etc.

You do it in unit editor. You research speed stuff only difference will be the hp's look. tongue.gif

Theres 3 states for the one:
1. Starts off as a unarmed civ that cant attack
2. Is "The crappy one" I call it. He doesnt know hes the one so he doesnt kick ass biggrin.gif. Bullet time ability, weaker than other players.
3. "The one" can fly, whoop ass and do everything in between.
