pick up the skull w/ X button. it wont say the dialog to pick it up but u still can. then press R to drop it. Once u pick it up the effect takes place.
If you suck then it is a bad game. But If you know how to go around cloaking as the Arbiter and silently killing Brutes, then the game owns.

He never said funny. But the game is pretty funny. Ive seen grunts drive ghosts, grunts jump for joy when they recieve a fuel rod gun, brutes get owned by a infection form, an Elite jack a ghost from the flood, same elite use a tank to obliterate a whole group of flood, a grunt get a short ride on a sentinal and more. Halo is funny. Escpecially the grunts and when you throw plasma grenades on your friends. They run around yelling "Grenade! Grenade!" Thenthey run into a wall and they keep moving their legs but just run at the wall and die. They say other funny things too.

of course they arent. thats stupid. there is just too much going on at once for you to use a psp. The xbox controlled is amazingly good for controlling master cheif. Halo 2 is xbox only until Xbox 2 comes out...
and heres a little secret in outskirts.
When you reach the point after the pelican drops of johnson, kill everything in the next area. There is an alley after the invisble elites. On the right hand side there is a little awning above a window. Jump on this and make your way up to the rooftops. Go on and there is a building jump that is hard to make but you can do it w/o a grenade. Then you can get on top of hotel zanzibar. If you use a partner you can make it up even higher if you get on top of him and stick a plasma on his head to get a little boost. Then there are clusters of poles/satelite dishes. Jump on the base of one pole then crouch jump on top of the whole pole to get even higher on the hotel.
another secret
in zanzibar, go to the side of the building where you open up the big gate. Go up the dirt hill that leads into the base. Jump onto the metal sheets over the windows and use a rocket to boost you on top of the building. Shoot the other one out to protect yourself from other trying it.
rocket lunge: (for fun/testing make a game variance with oershields and damage resist)
1) get a sword and a rocket launcher.
2) find an enemy
3) aim rocket at enemy so taht cursor turns red
4) switch to sword and press R before the red cursor disappears.
You will fly at you enemy. You will charge for about 30-50 feet or until you hit something in your way.
